Flutter Web App Development

Seeking Flutter Developer to turn my PowerPoint prototype (demo video at https://youtu.be/akHvM-Qp2OM ) into a flashcard-like, maybe Carousel widget type web app or PWA. App is a music practice tool that displays music note pages in continuous random order until stopped. There is a fixed graphic master note screen and a fixed graphic overlay for each of 55 notes on a flute. Home page contains several controls for user input of: a subset of note page/overlays to be displayed, display duration, practice time limit, tuning frequency. Each page displayed starts with a “tap” audio file and ends with a 0.6 second audio frequency file of the note. I can provide the graphics and audio files but think a designer can do a better job faster. I will provide interested developers with more details and answer questions submitted in writing so you can develop a time and cost estimate proposal with enough Flutter detail so I know you understand the project. I will be happy to videoconference after receiving your proposal. My budget estimate is @ $1500. No deadline. This project is my startup Minimal Viable Product. In the future I will also need a website to sell the app, and I plan multiple instrument versions and major feature enhancement projects. I look forward to hearing from you.
