Flutter Voice Chat Room App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am starting a multi-phase project to build a scalable voice-chat room application for Android, and I want Phase 1 completed first. The core stack is Flutter for the client, Firebase for auth, real-time audio and data, and a clean, modular architecture that can grow into later features such as Coins, VIP, Gifts, Agency, Family and Rankings.
Mobile OTP login is my top-priority authentication method, though Google sign-in must also work smoothly. Every build needs to be pushed to a private GitHub repository that sits under my own account; I retain full ownership of all source code, server instances and databases.
Phase 1 scope and deliverables
• OTP and Google authentication
• User profile creation & editing
• Create / join voice rooms with room-wide audio
• In-room admin controls: mute / unmute, kick, block, assign admins
• Basic web admin panel for user & room management
• Clear, well-documented Flutter + Firebase code that follows scalable, layered architecture

• A high-level timeline broken into logical milestones
• A cost breakdown per milestone that fits the current phase budget
