I'm seeking an experienced developer to help finalize our taxi booking app, which is built on Flutter for the mobile app and PHP Laravel for the admin panel. The app is nearly complete, but we need to address a few critical issues and conduct thorough testing.

Key Requirements:
- Resolve the notification sound issue, as notifications currently have no sound on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Investigate and fix any issues related to package creation and its impact on rate calculations within the mobile app.
- Perform comprehensive testing of all available features on both iOS and Android to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
