Flutter SDK & Package Upgrade

My production app is on Flutter 3.x.x and I need it moved to the very latest stable Flutter SDK together with a full sweep of package upgrades in pubspec.yaml. No new features are required—this is a pure maintenance pass—so the focus is on clean compilation, zero breaking-changes, and thorough regression testing on both Android and iOS.

Here’s what I expect:
• Pull the existing repo, bump the Flutter channel to stable/latest, run flutter pub upgrade, and resolve any API changes or deprecations in the codebase.
• Update every third-party dependency (there are no hold-outs; everything can move forward).
• Run unit and widget tests already in the project, add quick smoke tests if needed, and confirm builds run in release mode on an emulator/device for each platform.
• Deliver a clean PR with the updated pubspec.lock, any code fixes, and concise release notes summarising breaking packages and how they were handled.
