Flutter Rebuild of React Native App

I already run a fully-working mobile app built with React Native and can share the complete source code, images, and icons. I now need the same experience reproduced in Flutter, then compiled for both Android and, for the first time, iOS. All current screens, flows, and logic should behave exactly as they do today, but I also want three extras added during the rebuild:

• Push notifications
• Real-time in-app chat
• Location-based services (GPS, background tracking where permitted)

You will receive the existing repository and assets on day one, so there is no reverse-engineering. I expect clean, well-commented Dart code that follows Flutter best practices, plus guidance on any third-party packages you choose (Firebase, Stream, etc.) before implementation.

Deliverables
• Complete Flutter project with the replicated + new features
• Signed APK and TestFlight/IPA builds ready for store submission
• Brief setup & build document so my team can run the project locally
