Flutter Real Estate & Finance Platform

I am building a full-stack real-estate and financial services platform and want it delivered in Flutter so we can launch simultaneously on iOS, Android and the web, all driven by a single Firebase backend. The job covers three visible layers: customer-facing mobile apps, a responsive website that mirrors the same features, and a browser-based admin panel for day-to-day management.

Real-Estate module
• Property listings with images, price, specs and status
• Interactive map integration to plot each property
• One-tap agent contact (in-app call, email and WhatsApp deep link)

Loan-services module
• Real-time loan calculator tied to our rate table
• Application form with field validation and progress save
• Secure document upload to Firebase Storage

Booking & scheduling
Users must be able to reserve property viewings or consultation slots, receive confirmations and reminders, and edit or cancel from their account area.

Cross-cutting needs
– WhatsApp integration for quick enquiries and status updates
– Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage and Cloud Functions
– Push notifications, role-based access, basic analytics
– Source code handover for every milestone

Please show one or two live or test apps built with Flutter that demonstrate comparable complexity, outline your high-level timeline, and attach a milestone-wise cost breakdown (design, development, QA, deployment). Payment will be released strictly per approved milestone.
