Flutter P2P Payment App MVP

I’m building a lean, cross-platform MVP for a peer-to-peer payment app using Flutter. The UI design files are finalized, so your focus will be on clean implementation and store-ready packaging.

Core scope
• Implement email-and-password authentication.
• Build a basic P2P payment module capable of sending and receiving funds; if time allows, transaction history and push notifications can follow as stretch goals.
• Produce Android and iOS builds, then handle end-to-end publishing: Play Store listing and internal TestFlight distribution.

Deliverables
• Complete Flutter source code with concise setup documentation.
• Signed APK/AAB and iOS archive ready for store submission.
• Live Play Store release and TestFlight build.
• Brief hand-off guide covering environment setup, keys, and deployment steps.
