Flutter Package Delivery App Development

I need a full-featured, cross-platform package delivery application built in Flutter. The platform is aimed at businesses that send parcels to their customers, so the UX should feel professional and scale for bulk orders while still being intuitive for staff who may not be tech-savvy.

Core functionality
• Real-time tracking – live map updates, status badges (picked up, in transit, delivered) and push notifications at each milestone.
• User profiles – company accounts where multiple staff members can log in, view order history, manage payment methods and set pickup locations.
• Multiple delivery options – same-day, next-day and economy tiers that I can update from the admin panel without an app release.

Scope of work
1. Flutter codebase targeting Android and iOS, structured for future web expansion.
2. Simple but secure backend (Firebase, Supabase or a stack you recommend) handling auth, order management and notifications.
3. Driver and business dashboards inside the same app or as two flavours, whichever keeps maintenance lean.
4. Clean, documented APIs so I can later integrate warehouse scanners and third-party logistics tools.
5. Deployment support right through to TestFlight and Google Play internal testing.

Acceptance criteria
• Packages appear on a live map within five seconds of status change.
• A newly created business account can schedule, pay for and track a delivery end-to-end without console intervention.
• Code passes static analysis and ships with basic unit tests for the tracking flow.
