We like you to propose a budgetary bid and delivery for the following items. We have more items to do which will be shared with shortlisted candidates only and will let you rebid. Please build us a Flutter app, using current version, with following features...
1. Execute a general equation using most typical mathematical operators
2. Communications (receive/transmit a string via BLE, Wi-Fi ports). Support connections, timeouts , retries, etc. for next item also.
3. Communications (read/write a string) with another app running in same mobile unit .
4. Read/write a table from a LocalDB database, run a query and also show results. Handle any connection issues decently for next item also.
5. Include a way to read/edit a local text file, PDF file, Excel file.
Include 8 man-hours of training, technology transfer. All the source code , supporting documents, industry typical code comments, will be our property. Our budget figure is just a placeholder, so please submit your best price and delivery.
No upfront. If milestones desired by you, please submit details. Else, it will be single payment at end. Milestones released after getting source code developed till that time and related docs. If delivery not specified, we shall assume 2 weeks ARO. Serious persons only. Time is of essence.
