The app must list the Table Of Content (TOC) of a book, and display the chapter text up on clicking it on the TOC.
TOC must support subtitles, like if clicking on one of the chapters, and this chapter contain subchapters, must be displayed either in the same list, or in a completly new full screen page.
Bookmarking chapters is required.
