Flutter + Node.js Work and some AI Work Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need like Coach Surfing web + mobile app.
https://www.couchsurfing.com/
I have an existing Flutter mobile application that already communicates with a Node.js backend. I now want to push it further: tidy up the current codebase, add several new screens, tighten the API layer on the server, and introduce a small yet meaningful AI feature (think personalised recommendations or basic natural-language queries—exact scope to be agreed together).
Here is what I need from you:
• Flutter work – polish the present UI, wire in the new screens I will supply as Figma frames, and be sure state management stays clean and predictable.
• Node.js work – extend the current Express API, connect the new endpoints to MongoDB, and add role-based authentication so the app can distinguish between guest and premium users.
• AI layer – build (or integrate) a lightweight model or third-party service, expose it through the Node.js API, and demonstrate the end-to-end flow inside the Flutter app.
Deliverables will be the updated Flutter project, the enhanced Node.js repo, clear environment setup notes, and a concise README that explains how to run the AI component locally.
All code should be well-commented, push-ready on Git, and built with maintainability in mind. Once everything compiles and the new AI feature returns the expected output in the mobile app, we’ll call the milestone complete.
