Flutter Navigation App Development

I'm seeking an experienced Flutter developer to build and deploy a cross-platform mobile application for a location-based navigation product. The app will utilize Mapbox for real-time map display and routing, and Firebase for data storage and notifications.

Core features include:
• Live GPS map with basic routing
• User interface for location-based reports
• Push notifications for real-time alerts and promotional messages
• Basic offline functionality
• User authentication via email and password
• Clean, modular architecture for future API integrations

The app needs to be submission-ready for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Delivery is expected within 4 weeks.
