I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built.And i just posted that budget, but i can't pay any amount to the developer right now. So that only i placed a budget to the lowest price.

Right i will pay you after app gets ready to launch and after the launch if the project gets more profits ? I'll pay 50% of the profits that we get, if our project doesn't get profits ? i can't pay you.
