Flutter Mobile and Desktop App Development with DigiLocker Integration

I need a skilled Flutter developer to integrate the DigiLocker API for user authentication and document access in Flutter Desktop. The desktop app should also allow printouts of documents post-authentication.
Additionally, I need an option in both apps to raise complaints, seek help, or provide feedback on printing issues via a Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL API integration.
Key Requirements:
- Fix a small printing bug in the Flutter Desktop App related to color/black & white printing and some other miner bugs in Apps.
- Implement alert mechanisms for failures such as power outages, paper jams, and low ink levels. Alerts should be sent via email notifications and pop-up alerts on the screen.
- Enable the option to add videos/images to ads in a desktop slider.
- NDA required: All documents will be deleted after printing.
- The Flutter Desktop App should auto-launch on reboot or Restart. It should read printer name, device ID, and PIN code from a config file.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter development for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience with API integration, particularly DigiLocker and Node.js.
