Flutter Mobile App Development with UI/UX

Hey all — we’re building Groundzero, an AI-powered platform for creatives to network, find work, collaborate, and grow. Think of it as the home base for the creator economy.
We’ve got an MVP live and early traction — now we’re looking for a Flutter developer who’s also got an eye for UI/UX and product design to join us as a Tech Lead (with equity on the table).
What we need:
- 2–5+ yrs Flutter/Dart (iOS + Android)
- Solid with state mgmt (Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
- Strong design sense (Figma workflows, smooth UX)
- Startup energy — we’re early stage and moving fast
- Bonus: Firebase/Supabase, AI tools, backend knowledge
