I need a production-ready Flutter application that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The core features I want implemented are:

• Email-and-password user authentication, built with best-practice security in mind.
• Seamless integration with my custom backend APIs (I will provide endpoints and documentation).
• Reliable push notifications that respect both platforms’ guidelines and battery constraints.

A modern, intuitive UI is essential—you’re free to propose libraries or design systems so long as the result is responsive on a wide range of screen sizes and behaves consistently at 60 fps. Clean, well-commented code, clear folder structure, and meaningful commit messages are non-negotiable because this project will be maintained long term.

I’ll share detailed API specs, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes once we start. In your proposal, please include:
