Flutter MVP Service Booking App

Job ID: 40232763

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m building a stripped-down but production-ready MVP that lets vehicle owners book services with nearby workshops. The first release targets Android; an iOS build is a nice-to-have once the core is stable.

Core flows I need implemented:

• OTP-based registration/login (no email fallback for now)
• One selectable subscription tier – Monthly – with simple upgrade logic ready for future Quarterly or Yearly plans
• In-app wallet showing current balance only; no top-up flow yet
• Service booking form, push status updates, and a personal service history screen
• Google Maps embedded to pinpoint the workshop location

Workshop / Admin web panel:

• Workshop sign-up, profile edit, and availability toggle
• Real-time request queue, accept/decline, and status progression
• Receipt image or PDF upload that becomes visible to the customer
• Transaction log with filter by date or user

Tech preferences & architecture:
Flutter is my first choice (React Native acceptable) backed by Firebase or an equally elastic BaaS. The codebase must be clean, well-commented, and organised so new modules—payments, promos, full analytics—can slot in later without refactor pain.

Deliverables:
1. Flutter source code with clear folder structure and README for local setup
2. Firebase (or agreed backend) project with auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, and cloud functions if used
3. Admin panel (web or Flutter Web) deployed to a test URL
4. One APK build plus deployment instructions; iOS build when feasible
5. Basic Figma/Sketch screens or in-code widgets reflecting the minimal UI mock-up

Acceptance criteria: the APK installs cleanly on Android 10+, OTP flows work end-to-end, bookings appear in both user and workshop views, map pins resolve via Google Maps, and the receipt upload is retrievable.

If you’ve shipped Flutter apps that scaled from MVP to full product, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
