Flutter MVP Home-Service App

I’m building the first-release MVP for a multi-service home-services platform that will eventually list 1,000+ categories—from cleaning and plumbing to any on-demand household need. I need a developer who is comfortable working in Flutter or FlutterFlow with Firebase as the backend and can get an Android and iOS build into the respective stores quickly.

Scope of this Phase-1 MVP
• OTP-based customer and provider login
• Service browsing and real-time booking flow
• Razorpay payment gateway integration
• Lightweight but secure admin panel (role-based: Customer, Service Provider, Admin)
• Clean, modern UI that can scale with additional categories
• Full Firebase setup (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Functions if needed)
• Store deployment for both Android and iOS

Key requirements
• I retain 100 % ownership of the source code and Firebase project.
• Solution must be startup-budget friendly, yet production ready.
• Strong, clear communication and fast iteration are essential; this MVP is on a tight timeline but could lead to ongoing feature work once we launch.

What I need from you in your proposal
1. A rough cost estimate broken into sensible milestones (design, core features, payments, testing/deployment).
2. Realistic timeline for each milestone and overall delivery.
3. Links or videos of similar Flutter/FlutterFlow + Firebase projects you’ve shipped, especially any service-booking or marketplace apps.
