Flutter MVP Geo Social App

We are building a location-based social mobile application where users can connect with people nearby.

We are looking for a hands-on mobile developer who can build a clean MVP from scratch.

Core Features:
- User authentication
- User profiles
- Location-based discovery (map)
- Basic 1-1 real-time chat
- Simple social feed (timeline)

Tech:
- Flutter (preferred)
- Firebase or similar backend

Requirements:
- You have built and launched at least one mobile app yourself
- Experience with real-time chat and location features
- Able to work independently and deliver fast

Details:
- Timeline: 8–10 weeks
- Payment: milestone-based (budget aligned with experience)
- Optional equity (2–5%)
