Flutter AI Image Style Transformer

I’m building a cross-platform AI image generator and need a Flutter developer to turn the idea into a polished production app. The core experience is simple: a user selects or uploads a photo, chooses one of three style families—artistic/painting, cartoon/anime, or photo-realistic—and receives a freshly generated version in their chosen look. Your job is to own everything between the tap on “Transform” and the final image appearing on-screen.
I already have the concept, target styles, and rough UX wireframes; what I’m missing is an end-to-end Flutter implementation that feels fast and reliable on both iOS and Android. You’re free to integrate the AI however you prefer—calling an external inference API or running a light model locally with TensorFlow Lite or similar—so long as the user flow stays smooth and the output quality meets the chosen style.
Deliverables
• Flutter project with clean, modular code and state management that’s easy to extend
• Responsive UI for image selection, style pickers, progress feedback, and final preview/download
• AI integration layer that accepts the source image, applies the requested style, and returns a transformed file ready for display and sharing
• Simple onboarding screen plus error handling for network or model issues
• README explaining build steps, API keys (if any), and how to swap or update models
Acceptance Criteria
1. A test image can be transformed into each of the three style groups within a reasonable time (≤15 s on mid-range devices when cloud APIs are used).
2. Output resolution is at least 1024×1024 without visible artifacts.
3. App passes review on both App Store and Google Play internal testing tracks.
