Flutter Hyperlocal B2C App Build

I want to launch a hyper-local B2C shopping app and need the entire front-end built in Flutter. The first release will centre on a smooth product catalogue plus a fast, intuitive search so users can quickly find items available in their vicinity. Online payments are off the table for now; the checkout will finish with an order-summary screen and a “pay on delivery / in-store” confirmation.

You’ll receive brand assets, a category tree and sample product data from me. Your job is to translate that into a clean, well-structured Flutter codebase that runs seamlessly on both Android and iOS. Feel free to suggest a state-management pattern you’re comfortable with—GetX, Bloc, Provider, Riverpod—so long as the Dart code remains readable and well documented for future expansion.

Key deliverables:
• Complete Flutter source with modular architecture
• App bundles (AAB/IPA) ready for internal testing on Play Store and App Store
• Lightweight admin or JSON stub to add and update products, images and stock levels
• Concise setup guide covering build, run and update steps

No payment gateway work is needed right now, but please leave clean hooks so we can plug one in later without refactoring.
