I need a clean Flutter application that lets guitar tutors upload and manage their video lessons from a phone or tablet. The scope is deliberately narrow: no student-side features, no chat, and no progress tracking—just a smooth tutor interface for lesson upload, categorization, and basic metadata editing.

The videos must live in cloud storage, so please build the upload workflow around a scalable service such as Firebase Storage, AWS S3, or a similarly reliable option. Tutors should be able to:

• record or select an existing video
• enter a title, short description, skill level and tags
• see an upload progress bar, with retries on failure
• browse, edit or delete previously uploaded lessons

A lightweight admin panel (mobile or web) for viewing total uploads and simple analytics would be a bonus, but the core deliverable is the tutor-side Flutter app with fully functional cloud video storage. Source code, build instructions, and a brief README are required for acceptance.
