Flutter GraphQL Codegen Help Needed

We have a very simple issue that we are facing. We have an AppSync GraphQL schema. We are able to build models locally in Flutter but what we need help is generating dart files or codegen for Queries, Mutations and Subscriptions.
Ideally, what we would like to do is hire a Flutter dev to set up a dummy Flutter project with a schema as attached here from where the queries, mutations and subscriptions in Dart can be generated dynamically.
