Flutter Front-end UI Implementation

I'm seeking a skilled Flutter developer to implement a Figma design. This project is limited to UI implementation—no functionality is required.

Key requirements include:
- Use GetView, as we will be using GetX for state management.
- Modularize components such as:
- Modals
- Bottom sheets
- Figma design consists of multi-page layouts.
- No animations or transitions are required.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Figma.
- Experience with GetX for state management.
- Strong UI implementation skills.
- Familiarity with modular component development.
