Flutter DigiLocker & Desktop Integration with Laravel for backend API's

I need a Flutter and Laravel developer to integrate several features with a Desktop app with API's.

Key Requirements:
- DigiLocker API integration:
- Download and print any document after authentication via mobile number.
- eKYC process to fetch user documents.

- Desktop App Dashboard Functionality:
- API integration to raise complaints/help/feedback.

- Auto-launch Feature:
- Desktop app should auto-launch on reboot.
- Use systemd (Linux) or Task Scheduler (Windows).
- Read printer name, device ID, and pin code from a config file.

Ideally, I am looking for a developer with experience in:
