Requirements:
• Only for Indian Flutter Developers
• 5–7 years of experience in Flutter development
• Strong knowledge of Socket.io, WebRTC, Firebase, and MongoDB integrations
• Must work daily with progress reporting
• Should be dedicated to national-level vision, not just project completion
• Direct freelancers only (no agencies or intermediaries)

Payment & Incentive Structure:
• Base Budget: ₹60,000
• No Advance
• 80% payment on completion of all modules
• 20% on successful live deployment

Timeline:
• Complete within 40 days – ₹10,000 incentive (Total ₹70,000)
• +10 days grace period (no penalty)
• Beyond 50 days – payout ₹55,000 total

Core Team Long-Term Bonus:
• 5% of Net Profit or ₹1 Crore (whichever is lower) every year
• Accumulated and provided after 5 years
• After 5 years – bonus doubles (2x) and continues increasing
