The project will focus primarily on creating a seamless user experience for handling Sales, viewing Inventory, and sending Promotions and Offers to users, with potential for future expansions into additional modules.
Key Requirements and Functionalities
Sales Integration:
The app must be integrated with Odoo's Sales module, allowing users to browse and purchase products directly from their mobile devices. A smooth checkout process is essential, ensuring minimal friction during transactions.
The app should provide real-time visibility into product availability. Users will be able to see if items are in stock or back-ordered, helping to manage expectations and reduce cart abandonment.
Customer Profiles and Order History: Allowing users to manage their accounts, view past orders, and track their purchases.
Promotions and Offers:
The app will have the ability to send personalized promotions, discounts, and offers via push notifications. This will keep users engaged and encourage repeat purchases.
Repeat Purchases:
Users should have the option to easily reorder previously purchased items, streamlining the buying process and increasing customer retention.
Abandoned Cart Recovery: Automated reminders for users who leave items in their cart without completing the purchase.
Additional Functionalities (Future Enhancements)
