About the Role:
We are hiring a Flutter Developer for V-Library, a comprehensive digital platform for diverse user communities including students, professionals, and MSMEs. The developer will be responsible for building a dynamic and scalable frontend, integrating complex UI/UX features, and ensuring smooth functionality for real-time interactions such as chat, video calling, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Interface Development:
o Create intuitive, responsive interfaces in Flutter, catering to different user categories like students, MSMEs, and startups.
o Implement dynamic layouts, forms, and interactive elements for core features (e.g., chat, video calling, note printing).
• Frontend Logic & API Integration:
o Connect frontend components with backend APIs for seamless operations.
o Implement state management for handling complex interactions and real-time updates.
• Performance Optimization:
o Optimize code for low resource utilization and speed.
o Ensure consistent UI/UX across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
• UI/UX Enhancements:
o Implement user feedback for continuous refinement.
o Conduct usability testing to identify and address issues.
Project Workflow:
1. Phase 1 - Basic User Types & Chat Integration:
o Develop and connect UI/UX for multiple user types (students, startups, MSMEs).
o Implement chat functionality using socket.io for real-time communication.
2. Phase 2 - Advanced Group & Wallet Features:
o Create private and public groups with auto-discussion and flyer creation features.
o Implement conditional wallet functionality linked with user activities.
3. Phase 3 - Physical Library & Print Notes Features:
o Build and deploy seat management and search features for a physical library.
o Implement note printing functionalities and integrate them into the platform.
4. Phase 4 - RPDF and Educational Integrations:
o Readable PDFs, Q&A, auto paper creation, and content generation based on resources like books and research papers.
Compensation & Milestone Payments:
• Phase 1 Completion: User Registration & Chat Features (Web + Apps) (1 Month)
• Phase 2 Completion: Auto Group Discussions & Wallet Features (1 Month)
• Phase 3 Completion: Physical Library Features (15 Days)
• Phase 4 Completion: Print Notes Feature (15 Days)
Payment Details:
Monthly Payments Rs 10000 to 15000 depends on performance.
Minimum Hrs of working daily 2 hrs and Sat. & Sun 6 hrs each.
• Additional Reward: 20% extra on early target achievement
• Penalty: 20% deduction on delay beyond specified timelines
Terms & Conditions:
• The code must be written in a clean and maintainable manner with clear documentation.
• If the target is met within the specified timeline, a 20% bonus will be provided.
• Delays beyond the deadline will incur a 20% penalty on the relevant milestone payment.
