Flutter Developer for Local Food Delivery App -- 2

I need a Flutter + Firebase developer to build a Zomato-style food delivery app for my local town (Jirat, West Bengal, India).

App Requirements:

Customer App (Android only):
- Area-wise restaurant listing
- Restaurant menu view with price
- Add to cart and place order
- Track order status
- WhatsApp-based order push or notification system

Restaurant Panel:
- Login panel for each restaurant
- Add/edit menu items and prices
- See incoming orders
- Mark order as ready

Admin Panel (Web or App):
- Add/remove restaurants
- See all orders, users
- Track earnings and order history

Backend:
- Firebase (authentication, Firestore database)
- Order record, user data, restaurant info all stored securely

Design:
- Clean UI
- Light colors
- Simple UX like Zomato/Blinkit

Other Details:
- Budget: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 (fixed price)
- Delivery timeline: 15 to 20 days
- Must provide full source code and Firebase access
- 1 month of post-launch bug fix support required
