Flutter Developer for Horse Racing Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Hi,
I’m looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to complete the frontend of an advanced Horse Racing Intelligence Platform.
The backend is approximately 90–95% complete and built with FastAPI + PostgreSQL. The APIs, business logic, scoring engine, import workflow, and analytics engine are already implemented. I need someone who can build a professional production-grade Flutter application that connects to the existing backend.

* Replace all current mock data with live API integration.
* Build an intuitive dashboard for race analysis.
* Create race workspace screens.
* Horse Intelligence Profile pages.
* Horse comparison screens.
* Factor Ledger visualization.
* Confidence and Risk indicators.
* Live race import screens (CSV, Excel, PDF when available).
* Progress indicators for long-running imports.
* Search, filters, and race history.
* Responsive UI for desktop and mobile.
* Dark and Light themes.
* Clean state management (Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider).
* Error handling, caching, and offline support where appropriate.
Existing Backend Features
* FastAPI REST APIs
* PostgreSQL database
* Horse Intelligence Engine
* Adaptive Handicapping Engine
* Stable Intelligence Engine
* Factor Ledger
* Live Race Import
* Trackwork Processing
* Confidence Scoring
* Race Recalculation
* Top 3 Prediction Engine
Skills Required
* Flutter
* Dart
* REST API Integration
* Responsive UI
* Material Design
* State Management (Riverpod/Bloc preferred)
* Charts and Data Visualization
* Git
Deliverables
* Production-quality Flutter application
* Complete API integration
* Responsive UI across all supported platforms
* Clean, maintainable code with documentation
* Testing and bug fixes before delivery
Please share:
* Your Flutter portfolio
* Similar dashboard or analytics applications you’ve built
* Your estimated timeline
* Your fixed-price or hourly quote
This is a long-term project, and there may be future work after the initial frontend is completed.
