Flutter Developer for Existing App - focussed on publishing to play store and app store - Full Time Contract

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer to join our team on a full-time contract basis for 6 months. You will be working on enhancing and maintaining an existing Flutter application, implementing new features, and ensuring optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile app development and a passion for building user-friendly applications. Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead the seamless transition of existing repositories to the corporate GitHub environment, ensuring version history and security integrity.
2. Architect and implement automated pipelines to streamline the flow from build and testing through to store deployment.
3. Centralize control of the codebase and build/test environments under company-managed accounts to ensure long-term scalability and security.
4. Orchestrate weekly submissions for both iOS and Android, maintaining a consistent and reliable shipping cadence.
5. Assist Lead full-stack developer to drive feature development and ensure robust application maintenance.
6. Partner proactively with QA to identify and neutralize critical blockers, safeguarding and not compromising delivery deadlines.
7. Operate effectively within a high-velocity, Agile environment, delivering high-quality code in short, iterative cycles.

1. This position follows a full-time working day 6 days a week on a hybrid model; however, you may be required to work onsite full-time for a unprecedented period of days depending on project needs. Are you able to commute to Vivek Vihar, Delhi, for these periods?
2. To maintain accurate sprint reporting, are you open to the use of a tool like Hubstaff or Clockify? We require real-time tracking that monitors active windows and browser tabs to ensure logged hours correlate directly with project tasks.
