Flutter Developer to Solve Bugs and New Work (Bloc Expert)

I am looking for a Flutter developer who can help me solve functionality problems in bloc code. This is a very small task for a bloc expert. only data is not loading on the first instance but once the app is closed and opened again data is getting loaded for a specific bloc screen.
