Flutter Developer Needed for Dating App (Ongoing Project)

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to join our team for a dating app project. The app is already in progress, and we need someone who can help us complete, optimize, and scale it.

Project Details:

Platform: Flutter (Android & iOS)
Backend: Firebase (may migrate to cloud APIs later)
Current Users: ~5,000+
Project Status: ~70% completed

Key Responsibilities:

Complete remaining features and fix existing issues
Improve UI/UX based on provided designs (Figma)
Optimize performance and reduce app crashes
Integrate APIs and real-time features (chat, notifications, matching system)
Work with admin panel & possible AI features (future scope)

Requirements:

Strong experience with Flutter & Dart
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Notifications)
Knowledge of REST APIs & third-party integrations
Experience in dating/social apps is a big plus
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with scalable backend (Node.js / AWS / GCP)
Knowledge of AI integrations (chatbots, recommendation systems)

Budget:

Open to discussion (Hourly / Fixed)
