Flutter Developer - Min 2+ years exp
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for managing the current apps that are already in production. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality features for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with our cross-functional team, including designers and backend developers, to deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions. You are required to work for atleast 4 hours per day for 5 days a week for starters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create intuitive, robust, and scalable mobile app experiences.
- Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, including concept, design, build, test, and release.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize app performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and devise solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs and ensure the application meets quality standards.
- Continuously improve development processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development principles and practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
- Proficiency in implementing responsive UI designs and adapting them to multiple device sizes.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with testing and debugging mobile applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Firebase services for authentication, realtime database, cloud messaging, etc.
- Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Provider, Bloc, or MobX.
- Familiarity with native mobile development for Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
