Flutter Bug Fixing & Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a production Flutter web app that needs a solid pass of debugging and refinement. Three categories of problems are currently blocking smooth usage:
• UI/UX issues – mis-aligned elements, inconsistent theming and interactions that don’t feel native in the browser.
• Performance issues – noticeable jank when the first dashboard loads, slow transitions between routes and heavy CPU usage on form pages.
• Functional errors – actions occasionally fail, state is sometimes lost after navigation and a few buttons do nothing on click.
The pain points show up most in the login & registration flow, the main navigation/menu drawer, several forms and, overall, the app’s general runtime performance.
What I need from you
1. Diagnose the root causes across those areas.
2. Implement clean, test-covered fixes.
3. Hand back a stable web build plus concise release notes summarising changes.
Tech notes
• The codebase is 100 % Flutter with null-safety enabled and uses Provider for state management.
• Source is in a private Git repo; you’ll work on a feature branch and open a pull request when ready.
• I will run Lighthouse and simple integration tests to confirm that page load, FPS and memory have improved and that the critical flows work end-to-end.
If you have recent experience squeezing maximum performance out of Flutter Web, tightening up UI interactions and squashing navigation-related bugs, let’s get this shipped.
