Flutter-Based Trading App Development

I want a cross-platform trading app built entirely in Flutter that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The two pillars of the product are live market data streaming and a clear, intuitive portfolio tracker that updates the moment new data comes in.

To power those features you will wire the app to:
• a real-time market data feed through an external trading API,
• a secure user-authentication service (OAuth or JWT preferred), and
• a PCI-compliant payment gateway for deposits or subscription upgrades.

Clean architecture and well-documented code are critical because the project will be handed off to an in-house team after launch. Please include state-management and testing choices in your proposal; Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or MobX are all acceptable if justified.
