Flutter Barber Booking App

I’m building a cross-platform mobile application in Flutter whose primary purpose is to help users quickly find a barber, compare services, and lock in an appointment.

User roles to support
• Customers
• Barbers
• Admin
• Barbershop (shop-level dashboard)

Key customer-facing features
• Booking appointments with real-time availability
• Viewing detailed barber profiles (photos, ratings, service catalog)
• Post-service reviews and ratings
• Option to “solicitar un servicio de barbería a domicilio” that assigns the nearest available barber automatically

Barbers should be able to manage their schedule, service list, and home-service radius, while the admin panel oversees users, shops, and bookings.

Scope for this stage
• A functional Flutter prototype running on Android and iOS
• Clean, responsive UI that follows Material guidelines
• Basic authentication and a lightweight back-end or cloud datastore (your choice)
• Figma or comparable screen mock-ups to illustrate user flow

Deliverables
1. Complete, well-commented Flutter codebase
2. Brief setup guide (build, run, and back-end configuration)
3. Demo video or screenshots proving core flows work

The app should compile without errors and demonstrate every feature listed above.
