Flutter BLE scanner for Vivosmart 4

Need a Flutter/Dart app that can for Garmin Vivosmart4 devices and return every field of information from the scan in the form of a clear class/struct layout.
For a bonus return all information (class/struct) layout returned from the 'Connect'-ion to the Garmin device.
