Flutter App with low latency scalable webRTC functionality (MCU/SFU/XDN)

We are Safe-App – an application to automate the control room and provide emergency services to the victim within the golden period (30min) leveraging the 5G network. A Web-based solution moving towards cross platform flutter. We’re looking for Flutter developers for the following :
1. Flutter based application with capabilities to connect hospital with user, find optimal route, provide live video stream and user data stream all through an intuitive dashboard.
2. A WebRTC Network (MCU or SFU or XDN) which makes single connections to a media server from multiple users, combine those and send to client to lower latency.
