Flutter App for Voice-Controlled Media Capture

I'm seeking a skilled Flutter developer to create an application for embedded Linux. The app should respond to basic voice commands (start, stop, record) and manage capturing image, video, and audio from a USB camera. Start a VoIP or teams/ zoom/ Google meet call should also be allowed by command, having commands to start/stop the call, mute/unmute, turn on/off the video during the call.
Key Features:
- Recognize and respond to basic voice commands.
- Record image, video, and audio using a USB camera.
- Utilize voice commands to control the start and stop of transcription.
- At the end of each session, send a post to a REST API server with the session's metadata.
- Store all captured media both locally and on a file server.
