Flutter App for a Social Media Website

I am looking for a Flutter app developer to create an app for my social media website. The app should have the following features:

- Social sharing functionality
- Push notifications
- Newsfeed Posting (with reactions and comments)
- Follow / Add Friends
- Video auto-play (mute after scroll)
- Also login/registration and settings

I have a specific design in mind for the app, so the ideal candidate should be able to work with my design specifications that I will provide, in Figma. The primary goal of the app is to improve user experience, so the developer should have experience in creating user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, the following skills and experience are preferred:

- Flutter app development (Frontend)
- Integrate existing PHP (Backend) and MySQL database.
- Experience with social media apps
- Experience with push notifications
- UI/UX design experience

I am open to suggestions, but the developer should be able to work closely with me to ensure that the app meets my requirements.
