Flutter App - add login control to dashboard page

I'm looking for someone to help improve my Flutter app by adding login control to my dashboard page.

In resume this will be the action points :

- Add login page to existing dashboard mockup
- Connect to REST api from login page
- If login successfull :
- Get token
- Get user information
- If user is admin :
- show dashboard menu (add menu option to list users)
- show page with all users in table with pagination and search (using the authentication token)
- If user is not admin
- show user menu (add menu option to show profile page)
- show profile page with info received from login
- When navigating on dashboard, if token is expired, redirect to login page
- When navigating on dashboard, if user is admin, show admin menu/options
- When navigating on dashboard, if user is not admin, show user menu/options
- When a forced url is set on browser, check if user/token is valid and redirect to login page or default user/admin page depending on situation

Conditions to apply to project :
- The flutter dashboard mockup and all the REST API calls will be provided by me.
- The code will be available on a private git hub repository.
- The progress must be synchronized in GitHub every day.
- Payment will be 50% on project start and 50% on project delivery/acceptance.
