Flutter App Update - Pet-Friendly Places Finder

We’re updating the Finder screen in our Flutter app (FurFolio) to help pet parents find nearby pet-friendly spots—like emergency vets, dog parks, cafes, and hotels—using a modern Yelp-style interface.

The new layout should combine a searchable map, pet-specific filter chips, and a scrollable list of locations, all displayed with category-specific icons and images.

This project requires strong Flutter UI experience (especially with GoogleMapController, filtering, and list/map syncing).

Scope of Work:

Map + Location Filters
• Integrate Google Map with custom markers (we will provide icon assets)
• Emergency Vets must always show on the map by default, even when filters are empty
• Filters should appear as horizontal chips beneath the search bar (not full-screen modal)

Search Header & Redo Function
• Dynamic header: "Pet-Friendly [Category] – [City Name]"
• Search bar with Google Places autocomplete
• “Redo Search in This Area” button when map is moved

Location Listings Panel

Scrollable list under the map:
• Location photo preview (Google Places or fallback image)
• Name, category, rating, price, open/closed status, distance
• Tapping a card highlights the map marker and vice versa

Marker Behavior
• Clicking a map marker scrolls to its card
• Selecting a card zooms to marker on map
