Flutter App Revamp & Optimization

My existing mobile application is built in Flutter and is already live on both Android and iOS. It now needs a comprehensive update that covers visual polish, feature enhancements, and performance tuning so the experience feels fast and modern again.

Scope
• Refresh key screens and general UI/UX to bring them in line with current design standards.
• Hunt down and resolve crashes, memory leaks, or any slow-downs that have crept in since the last release.
• Extend or adjust several features (I’ll brief you on the exact modules once we start).
• Update the existing REST API integrations so they stay compatible with our back-end changes.
• Run a full regression pass to be sure the app remains smooth on both iOS and Android builds.

Expectations
Clean, well-documented Dart code, structured around best Flutter practices, and frequent Git commits so I can track progress. Strong debugging habits are essential; I value concise explanations of what you changed and why. Clear, timely communication matters just as much as the code itself.
