Flutter App & React Dashboard

I’m building a secure, real-time SaaS platform for a specialised public-sector audience and need an experienced development partner to take it from architecture to long-term support.

Mobile app
• Built in Flutter for iOS & Android
• Core features: GPS-enabled user authentication, real-time push notifications, full offline access with seamless sync
• Primary users: public sector employees working in the field
• High standard for data security, GDPR compliance and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Web dashboard
• React-based admin portal
• Modules: data visualisation, user management and configurable reporting tools
• Live dashboards must mirror the mobile data stream in real time
• Role-based access control and audit logging

Project scope
1. Technical architecture and sprint plan leading to an MVP ready by January 2026
2. Back-end setup (prefer Node.js/TypeScript or Golang, but open to your recommendation) with scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and automated testing
3. API layer that drives both Flutter and React clients, supporting offline sync and push notifications
4. End-to-end QA, penetration testing and performance tuning
5. Deployment, documentation, and hand-off to our internal team, followed by optional retained support
