Improve the existing Flutter mobile app screens to make the app look more modern, clean, premium, responsive, and user-friendly without changing existing business functionality.
Important:
* This is an existing Flutter mobile app.
* Do not rebuild the app from scratch.
* Do not modify backend APIs unless required for UI data display.
* Do not break existing login, marketplace, exchange, wishlist, wallet, agent, admin, and profile flows.
* Focus only on UI/UX, layout, responsiveness, performance, and usability improvements.
Scope of Work:
1. Home Screen UI Improvement:
* Make the Home screen simple and compact.
* Reduce unnecessary empty space.
* Show only important sections.
* Improve Quick Actions layout.
* Improve My Activity section.
* Hide empty sections when there is no data.
* Make AI Assistant floating button properly positioned.
* Improve header spacing and alignment.
2. Marketplace Screen Improvement:
* Improve product card design.
* Keep two items per row.
* Reduce card height.
* Ensure item image displays properly without cutting important content.
* Fix wishlist, share, view count, and item condition badge alignment.
* Improve price, title, location, distance, and uploaded time readability.
* Ensure share item functionality works properly.
3. My Exchanges Screen:
* Improve exchange request cards.
* Show clear status badges.
* Show sent item and received item separately.
* Show agent pickup/delivery tracking clearly.
* Improve action buttons like Accept, Reject, Cancel, Track, Pay Now.
* Avoid confusing duplicate buttons.
4. Agent Screens:
* Agent pages should be visible only for approved agents.
* Improve assigned task list UI.
* Show pickup and delivery addresses clearly.
* Support same agent handling both item pickups and deliveries.
* Track Item A and Item B separately.
* Show OTP/proof/photo upload actions clearly.
* Improve delivery status flow.
5. Profile Screen:
* Improve profile layout.
* Show trust score, user details, wallet, language, settings, and help cleanly.
* Fix profile photo display issue if present.
* Make logout and account settings easy to access.
6. Login/Register Screens:
* Improve login screen spacing and logo size.
* Ensure keyboard does not hide buttons.
* Improve validation messages.
* Improve Google sign-in button.
* Improve registration form layout and responsiveness.
7. Common UI/UX Requirements:
* Consistent colors across all screens.
* Consistent typography.
* Consistent button height and border radius.
* Consistent card style and shadows.
* Proper spacing and padding.
* Responsive design for different mobile screen sizes.
* Dark/light mode compatibility if already available.
* English, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada text should fit properly.
8. Performance Fixes:
* Fix screen flickering.
* Prevent unwanted page refresh during scroll.
* Do not call APIs inside build methods.
* Cache images properly.
* Preserve scroll position.
* Lazy load images and optional sections.
* Avoid full-page loader after initial load.
* Use bottom loader only for pagination.
9. Navigation & Usability:
* Bottom navigation should be fixed and clearly visible.
* Back button behavior should be correct.
