Flutter App Developer for Manual Request Feature

I need a skilled Flutter app developer to add a "manual request money" feature to my existing Flutter app. And Admin Laravel

The functionality should include:
I have an admin app and I will have to add the manual request money option bank and UPI in it
To implement the "Manual Request Money" functionality as discussed, I will need the following:
1> Admin Side Requirements:
-I will create a new page in the admin panel where all manual money requests will be displayed.
-The page will include:
* A list of all requests (pending and completed).
* An option to update the status of requests (e.g., Approved, Rejected).
* A form in the admin panel to manage bank and upi details (add/edit/delete).
2> App Functionality:
-A "Manual Request Money" button will be added to the app.
-Clicking this button will open a form similar to the attached image, allowing the user to:
- Enter the amount.
- Select a bank from a dropdown (populated from admin-managed bank details).
- Enter a recipient number.
- Upload a screenshot.
-On submission, the following details will be stored in the database:
- User ID, name, contact number.
- Entered amount, selected bank, recipient number, and screenshot.
- Request status (initially set as "Pending").
3> Request History:
-Users will see all their requests and statuses (Pending, Approved, Rejected) in the app.
-Admin can manage and update request statuses in real-time from the admin panel
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in Flutter development
- Experience with payment integration
- Strong UI/UX design skills for minimalistic interfaces
- Ability to deliver ASAP
