Flutter App Admin Integration

I need help connecting the Admin panel in my Flutter app.

Requirements:
- Change Base URL to Admin URL
- Setup Firebase Cloud Messaging for Push Notifications (Firebase is already set up)
- Build APK for app deployment

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter development
- Experience with Firebase integration, specifically Cloud Messaging
- Knowledge of building and deploying APKs
