Flutter-Angular Internal Employee Tool

I’m building a cross-platform tool that our employees will use every day, and I want it delivered as both a Flutter mobile app and an Angular web client. The back-end is already taking shape; what I need from you is the complete front-end layer, wired to the existing API and ready for rapid iteration.

The scope begins with core infrastructure—clean project setup, authentication, routing, state management, responsive UI, and thorough testing. From there we will grow the application through a series of numbered modules (1-15), each introduced in its own milestone so we can keep the codebase tidy and the releases predictable.

I value maintainable architecture (Bloc / Riverpod in Flutter, NgRx in Angular or an equivalent you prefer), a shared design system, and clear documentation. Every feature must compile cleanly, pass unit and integration tests, and live in our private Git repository.
