Flutter API Transition & Optimization

I need an experienced Flutter developer (or full-stack developer) to help with transitioning API calls and optimizing our app.

Key Tasks:
- Move all API calls from Flutter to a backend proxy (Node.js or Python preferred).
- Implement a fallback mechanism using a completely different API provider if the primary API fails.
- Add simple caching using Redis (preferred).
- Adjust Flutter code to fetch only from the new backend API endpoints.
- Prevent any crash/ANR issues in Flutter (we already optimized it a lot).

Important Notes:
- The existing app is stable but the API structure is tightly coupled in Flutter.
- You MUST know what you're doing: no copy-paste solutions.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter, Node.js or Python, and Redis.
- Understanding of Firebase Crashlytics & error logging.
- Proven experience with similar architecture.
